What a dryer vent inspection actually involves

We start at the dryer. The unit gets pulled forward. The transition hose behind it is checked first, since crushed flex duct behind pedestal washer/dryer sets is the most common find in shallow laundry closets. Then a camera goes up the line. We map the run: length, number of 90s, material, and where it terminates. Airflow is measured at the termination, not guessed at from the laundry room.
